Training
IUIC conducts seminars in accordance with the CPUX curriculum of the UXQB with accredited certification from the German Usability Professional Association (UXPA). IUIC also offers training courses on process testing based on the international standard ISO 15504. The methods for optimizing the usability of products and processes are taught in seminars, especially with regard to other cultures (IUID). Project-accompanying coaching ensures the correct application of what has been learned in practice.

SPICE
The development of innovative and usable products can only be realized effectively and efficiently if the underlying processes are optimized. We therefore offer an introductory seminar to review your product development processes based on ISO 15504 (SPICE): Introduction to process “assessments” based on ISO 15504. We also provide you with specific support during the process review or carry it out completely for you, derive measures and implement them with you: Implementation of the process audit based on ISO 15504 (in-house / project-accompanying). UX | HCD
Usability engineering encompasses all activities that are necessary to make something usable. Products need a user interface in order to be used (e.g. a jar needs an opening, a cell phone needs input/output options). Usability “is the extent to which an interactive system or service can be used by specific users in a specific context of use to achieve specified goals effectively, efficiently and satisfactorily” (DIN EN ISO 9241-210:2011-01, p. 7). CPUX is an international standard of the International Usability and UX Qualification Board (UXQB), which is based on the quality standard of the German Professional Association for “Usability Professionals” - German UPA - and other ISO standards such as ISO 9241-210 or -220 and is used for training and further education in the field of usability and user experience. As a training provider recognized by the UXQB for the CPUX scheme of the UXQB, IUIC offers seminars with certification options.
IUID
Intercultural User Interface Design (IUID) means the development of user interfaces for use in an intercultural context. Progressive internationalization, the liberalization of the global market and the increased pace of innovation place great demands on product and process optimization, particularly with regard to their usability in an intercultural context. The quality of use of products and processes can be increased through professional usability engineering for the corresponding context of use. This is done for the intercultural context by extending the context of use to the respective culture. In the German UPA's “Interculturality” working group, these topics are discussed in greater depth and made public.
